  • Fire station
  • Fitness center/gym
  • Medical or dental facilities
  • Restaurant
  • Neighborhood-serving retail
  • Office building or major employment center

Proximity needed for Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs): Two facilities within one-quarter mile OR four facilities within one-half mile.

Proximity needed for all other locations: Two facilities within one mile.
