7.8a Water Heaters: Mold Prevention
Mandatory
To avoid moisture problems, use tankless hot water heaters (hot water: on-demand tankless) or install conventional hot water heaters so that overflow or leaks are captured by drains in areas with non-water sensitive floor coverings.
