Multifamily electrical metering
In new multifamily dwellings, the electrical energy consumed by each individual dwelling unit must be separately metered with individual metering readily accessible to the individual occupants.

26 20 00 (16400) Low Voltage Distribution Specify individual or sub-metered electric meters.
