M1: Do a durability plan |
Ensuring the long-term durability of buildings provides clear environmental and economic benefits. Durability plans are good practice for both single family and multifamily projects. By designing and specifying assemblies, systems, and components for their long-term durability in a systematic way, the overall life cycle impact of a building is greatly reduced.
